Application and characteristics

This machine is a special centrifuge designed by our company for the pen manufacturing industry. The machine has the advantages of simple structure, advanced design, convenient operation, frequency conversion control, cylinder speed and vacuum degree can be adjusted arbitrarily according to product requirements, and the appearance is made of stainless steel, beautiful and generous.

Reasonable structure

The machine adopts four point shock absorbing support plate structure: the machine is composed of shock absorbing support plate, transmission assembly, cylinder, vertical motor, pen holder and so on. The cylinder is divided into eight stalls, each stall can hold 90×90×150 pen holder 3, a total of 24 pen holders. The starting and braking of the machine are controlled by frequency conversion, and the running parameters can be arbitrarily set on the touch screen according to the process requirements, making the operation very convenient.

Working principle

In the vacuum environment, the tiny bubbles in the pen refill ink are greatly expanded by the vacuum, and the bubbles are squeezed out of the pen tube by the centrifugal force of the ink, so that the pen refill is more smooth and comfortable during the writing process.
