Working principle

The liquid/solid mixed fluid is evenly distributed in the centrifuge drum through the feed pipe and the cloth plate. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the solid phase is trapped by the filter and the liquid phase is filtered out. Continue feeding until full, stop feeding, wash and purify the cake if necessary, and filter out the washing liquid at the same time. Further dewatering until separation requirements are met. Reduce to a low speed, the scraper will scrape off most of the filter cake, and the bag whisk device will unload the residual filter cake to complete a working cycle.

Process control

Centrifuge operation is controlled by PLC, and the system runs automatically according to the preset operation program. Different models have corresponding operating parameters or adjustment ranges, and appropriate operating parameters are set in the debugging and subsequent operation of specific working conditions to meet the separation requirements. The control system can automatically repair or protect the overload during the actual operation. The automatic control system controls the centrifuge main engine, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, nitrogen protection system, valves, and centrifuge-related pumps, valves, and material handling systems.
