How it works:

In the structure of the automatic centrifuge, the traditional horizontal centrifuge rotating member is separated into two parts of the inner and the outer shafting. The outer shafting is fixed axially, and the inner shafting can move axially under the action of a clever mechanical device. The filter cloth is bag-like, with one end fixed to the big end of the rotating drum of the outer shafting and the other end fixed to the small end of the pushing disc of the inner shafting. During separation, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and the drum under the action of centrifugal force, and the solid is trapped by the filter cloth and forms a filter cake. During discharge, the inner shafting is pushed out axially under the action of synchronous rotating oil cylinder (or mechanical device) and drives the filter bag to turn over. At the same time, the filter cake is discharged and the filter cloth is recycled. Take back the inner shafting and lock it to enter the next working cycle. This type of centrifuge belongs to the intermittent filter centrifuge, which uses the high-speed rotation of the drum to generate centrifugal force, separates the filtrate injected into the drum through the filter cloth lined in the drum, and the filter residue remains in the drum and gradually forms a filter cake. The filter cake thickens continuously during the feeding process, and the filtrate flows through the water outlet to the collector. After feeding to the filter cake reaches a certain thickness, the feeding is stopped and then washed. After washing, increase the rotational speed and shake dry at full speed until no liquid is discharged from the filtrate port, reduce the speed until the operation stops, and the centrifuge will turn over the filter bag and discharge the material through the feeding port by centrifugal force.
