How it works:

Gk series horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is widely used in chemical, food, light industry, pharmaceutical, starch and other industries. GKH series siphon centrifuge is based on the ordinary horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge, using the siphon principle to increase the filtration force, all filtrate through the filter medium into the filtrate chamber, filtrate through the siphon (skimmer pipe) discharge drum, adjust the siphon suction inlet position can change the liquid level depth in the siphon chamber, in order to change the filtration force. Adjust filtration speed, processing capacity, filter cake moisture content and washing efficiency. The GKH series centrifuge has a siphon function, which increases the filtration force, and can obtain lower cake moisture content than the GK type when dealing with materials with higher viscosity. The recoil device can be set up to add recoil liquid to the siphon room when needed, and the washing liquid flows through the filter medium to the drum, so that the filter medium can recover the filtration performance and obtain regeneration.
